What does a normal mobile personal training session consist of?

Each session starts off with a brief discussion to ensure you are staying on track.  Every individual’s training sessions are different based upon their goals, but most programs consist of a light warm-up and stretching, 40-55 minutes of resistance training, followed by a cool down and stretching period. Depending on the individual’s goals, a cardio regimen may also be followed.

 

Why Online personal training? And Is it really effective?

You will receive a custom workout plan, and have access to your trainer via email, IM, text, and possibly FaceTime or Skype. We include assessments, more accountability, and one-on-one time. If you need a lot of attention and help with motivation, this is for you.

What type of results can I expect to achieve working with you?

The results you achieve are completely up to you. As long as you are following your workout plan and eating right, the results WILL come!

An Image Consultant assists you in building your professional image. An image consultant assists in organizing a wardrobe to suit personal needs. Services include, but are not limited to, personalized color charting, make-up analysis and wardrobe assistance.
